This multifaceted project involved working with international suppliers and liaising with multiple departments at Melbourne Airport. Our project team was involved in weekly contract and services meetings to ensure the project was delivered within the tight timeframes required by the client. Infinite Group provided full time project managers and onsite supervisors to oversee this major project, which involved our team working across the Christmas New years holiday period.
